C&IT Agency Forum: full agenda announced

The full agenda for the C&IT Agency Forum, including a speaker from B&Q and a Google case study, has been announced.

Sarah Lawrence, events business expert at B&Q will present the do's and don'ts behind your pitches and what ticks all the boxes for a winning partnership, while agency WONDER London will hone in on a recent Google event to discuss how they tackled key challenges that every event manager faces on a daily basis.

Day 2 sessions will include ‘Living up to the expectations of Millennials’ hosted by drp and Realise; a presentation from BI Worldwide on a surprise emerging MICE destination; and a panel with The Appointment Group and mdrgroup on going paperless at events.

The day will finish with a gala dinner at The Monastery.

Day 3 will include a talk on ‘The future of social media and event technology’ from the head of agency partnerships EMEA, Cvent and the chance to hear from start-up companies Banana Kick and Story Events on what challenges they've faced to grow their business from the ground up.

C&IT has also partnered with Manchester United who will host networking activities on the first evening, including food and drinks, stadium tours and a team building activity.

Right Angle will showcase its award winning 'The Killing' team building activity, where attendees will be putting on their one-piece body suits, masks, gloves and problem solving hats as they get ready to solve crimes.

The forum will also host 1-1 meetings with suppliers, intimate camp-fire huddles and plenty of opportunities for networking.
